I get a response that since I opened the item it is considered used and I cannot return it. I call and the rep cannot resolve the issue so she has to escalate the ticket. I thought I was done dealing with them but at least I have a phone number. I finally got to speak with someone and I felt as if I was beating my head against the wall trying to get them to understand. You ask another question they take days to respond and so on and so on. They tell you what they want to tell you and ignore your question. Also since you are communicating via email when you pose a question they do not have to answer it. Your emails can go days without being answered. Essentially they encourage you to communicate with them via email. Virgin Pulse does not publicize a call in number on their site. Unfortunately the teams customer service is HORRIBLE.
